Youth Skills Studio (YSS), in partnership with the Town of Lincoln, helps empower youth aged 18-29 by equipping them with the skills and experience needed to make valuable contributions in the workplace and beyond. We offer paid work integrated learning in technology-based fields, including Digital Marketing, and Website Development. Throughout an intensive paid four-month program, associates enhance their skills by working on real-world projects for local businesses.

Recognizing the importance of soft skills in professional success, we also focus on developing in-demand soft skills such as professional communication styles, leadership behaviours, and interpersonal skills. The available workshops provide an opportunity to cultivate non-technical skills. Personalized coaching and mentoring ensure associates possess the tools and resources to translate their YSS experience into their work and life.
