Soft skills play a crucial role in the workplace, yet they have been drastically underestimated. Our goal is to close help close the skills gap between technical know-how and the intangible qualities that make an employee shine. From communication to problem-solving, and everything in between, the Learning & Development Team is there to help the next generation of professionals thrive in the workplace. Individuals participating in the Youth Skills Studio benefit from a comprehensive fifteen-week curriculum designed to develop essential skills. For those not part of the YSS, we extend our reach through community events and custom external workshops.
